Hi, i’m GEORGINa
Alongside my professional journey, I’m a mother of two so I understand first-hand how overwhelming it can be to juggle life's complexities and personal wellbeing. I draw on both professional training and personal experience to create a grounded, supportive environment where you can explore what’s going on for you.
A little bit more about me…
My Approach
As an integrative counsellor, I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach. Everyone’s story is different, so I draw on a mix of counselling styles and techniques to find what works best for you. That might include person-centred talking therapy, practical tools from CBT, or mindfulness techniques.
Our work together may help you to:
Make sense of burnout and chronic overwhelm
Reconnect with your identity beyond roles and expectations
Navigate menopause and body-based changes with more self-trust
Set boundaries without guilt
Feel more emotionally present, grounded, and resourced
Sessions are a confidential, non-judgemental space to slow down and focus on you.
